Just met Dr Hicks. Good Guy.

Dr Hicks was easy to talk too and listened to concerns regarding my health issues! I am happy to have him as my GP and feel in good hands!

It was quite disappointing. I was told over the phone that I had to fast 12 hours prior to getting blood work. So I did the required fasting. I arrived, had my appointment, and was told I couldn't have my blood drawn because they didn't have the necessary vials to collect my blood. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The nurse then said I could go to any facility to get this blood drawn and didn't need too fast. So either the receptionist or the nurse does not know what they are talking about. But knowing enough about getting blood drawn for metabolic purposes fasting is required. So maybe the nurse needs to be reeducated.

He is a First Class GP.

It was my first time with Dr. Hicks and advocate health but so far so good. My wife scheduled her appointment after I told her my experience was good

This was my first visit with this provider. He was very thorough and friendly.

Dr. Hicks was gentle and compassionate about my state of health. He assisted me with the decision to be kinder to myself and directed me to a specialist to help rather than bandage my issues. I believe he is the first doctor I have been seen by who has genuinely convinced me that I am important. Thank you, Dr. Hicks. If you ever find yourself second guessing your career, please know that you've changed at least two lives. (mine and my son who deserves a healthy and happy mommy!)

Having the revisit information done on arrival helped to reduce time for review. Persons involved were very friendly.
