I thought the exam was less than thorough. Seem to be rushed

Although Dr Richmond was thorough and listened, I felt the wait time in the lobby was more than anticipated

A very long wait after arriving on time.

I have seen him twice. Both times he has been thorough yet efficient, as well as friendly.

He was very pleasant and easy to talk with about my care.

It was a nice first visit.!!
