Met Dr. Richmond for the first time. He answered my questions, scheduled an echocardiogram. He was professional and friendly.

Arrived the required 15 minutes early for a 9AM appointment. Was not called into the exam room until 9:30AM. A bit of a mix up in patient order I think. The rest of the appointment was quick and concise.
