Attentive and caring

I am very pleased with Dr Hartman. I saw him as a new patient when I changed to Aurora. My first appointment with him i told him the problem i was having and he listened where I couldn't get anyone else to do that. He knew what I was telling him. Surgery was scheduled for my problem and I thank Dr Hartman so much for helping me. I am very happy with Dr Hartman being my Urologist.

Dr Hartman was wonderful. My only issue is Aurora's phone system. I hate using it. It takes me over 5 min just to get to the department you need. I want to be able to call my doctors office DIRECTLY!

Dr. Hartman was aware of my medical history and how it affected my recent problem. He also told me how to counteract the problem to avoid future episodes. He is very reassuring with great positive info. So glad I was referred to him!
