I had a question to pursue on my coverage for a medication and was able to use the messaging on the Live well app to get it answered.

I had no problems and my visit was fast and easy.

I had a medical situation of some urgency. I was seen quickly, was able to have blood work and an x-ray right away, and had a much-needed prescription that same evening. I am grateful.
