My hiss asl was yo discuss my elevated blood sugar and the ringing in by ear. I was told my insurance probably won't cover Semiglutides because it is costly and tinnitus can't be fixed. I left with 17 sheets of paper and none of them tells me the date, time or location of the Audiology or Mammogram appointments that I scheduled when I checked out.
This was the first time I had Dr. Williams as my regular Dr. wasn't available and I needed to see someone right away. So that's the only reason he wasn't familiar with my history. But he did look it up. I'm happy he was able to see me. Also the nurse was awesome.
All the staff is nice, friendly and helpful every time I come to visit.
