My PCP left the Aurora practice. This appointment was required by my new PCP although I have been an Aurora patient for several years. My annual Medicare visit is scheduled in a couple months. I received an estimate and after insurance I was informed that my cost will be $180. I questioned this with Aetna, Aurora billing and the scheduler but an introductory appointment was required. I feel that this could have been part of my first appointment.

My doctor (I can't remember his name) and my nurse (again, I can't remember her name) were very personable and easy to talk with! They indicated a true interest in any of my concerns!

This new provider is great. But YOU/Aurora Health needs to get more help for all your providers

I liked that they understood that I needed a new primary care provider and was willing to provide me one quickly.

Very personable and practical. Great at communicating, and didn't make you feel like a "number." This was a new patient establishment appointment, so it was first impressions for both of us. And, I am hopeful that I made the right choice for my new PCP!
