Not related to my visit, I am not happy with the way aurora has its call center set up.

Aurora's phone system stinks! We used to speak to a representative who was from our clinic and now I have to talk with someone who clearly does not even know where West Bend is! Bad service, please bring back the girls from Washington Co who know what they are doing! Horrible first impression!
