When making appointments it is somewhat easy to make an appointment when you are doing it six months out. But when needing an appointment when something happens that you need an appointment in now, you never can get one. And Aurora forces you to go to Urgent Care or the ER! Why, so they can make more money. Urgent care should be for those URGENT times when the doctors office isn't available and an ER visit isn't needed!
What ever she is paid it is not enough given the work she does for each patient.
She gave me results from lab work and answered questions. Anything not going right, we talk about and what more do you need.
