Nurse Practioner Renee was very pleasant, she took time to introduce herself but also to listen to me. I really enjoyed meeting her, she is very knowledgeable, professional and charming.
Provider was ahead of schedule, left exam room 7 minutes after appointment time. A nurse/aide gave us directions to the exit, unlike a previous visit to this location. Reception desk was obviously overstaffed, 5 individuals? Livewell chart has some inaccurate information that no one seems to be interested in correcting.

My only concern is that it's too far away when my exam was schedule 7 months after my visit. To me is a long time to wait.
