This consultation could and should have been handled over the phone! There was nothing done other than taking my weight that could have not been accomplished with a phone call. Renee Middleton and her nurse were very pleasant to visit with, however nothing was accomplished! They could not even schedule me for the tests that my primary doctor wants performed. I left asking myself, "Why did I need to come to this office and waste my time and my insurance companies money?". I strongly suggest you re-think the need for this type of office visit!!

I messaged the provider about the increase in travel times to visits, as Advocate Health expands to new locations, often patient is asked to travel more to reach these facilities for treatment, most recent involved twice the miles and driving time compared to previous visits.
Although the Nurse Practitioner was fine, I do not understand the point of this appointment. A complete waste of time - it was redundant to my doctor visit but added nothing. Well it added $35.00 to the medical field. What a waste.

Renee was professional and provided good information. However, it seemed an in-person appointment wasn't necessary as it was purely informational and then I was told the procedure couldn't even be scheduled yet. It felt like a waste of my time afterward. Additionally, the front desk staff checking people in was abrupt and distracted.
I love this doctor she is wonderful and has great bed side manner and listens to all of the concerns and addresses them.
