I felt she rushed me. She was a bit late in coming in and spent more than enough time telling me why she was late but then rushed the first time appointment. In the past, when I have met a new doctor, they spent about 45 minutes looking over my chart, discussing my concerns and history and doing a physical. She spent about 20 minutes with me. She was thorough, but so fast I didn't have time to process so I could ask any additional questions. I felt like she wasn't trying to establish a doctor-patient relationship with me.

I am very satisfied with Dr Reena Shah and staff. Very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel lucky.
