Dr Reena shah remembers me That is such a welcoming experience

With an appointment, I get a text telling me to arrive 15 minutes before visit. I arrived at 15 minutes prior to my appointment and the clerk told me I'm quite early so I'll have to wait. I wait and I'm called back 2 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and again I was told I'll have to wait because I'm early. Seems like the Drs delay was blamed on me being early when I was on time based on clinics recommendations. Frustrating actually, don't text me to arrive early and then tell me I'm the problem when I'm on time.
