My appointment was great, expect for the fact that I waited 1 hour to be seen. I had a scheduled appointment, arrived the 15 minutes before (as I was asked to) and still didn't see a doctor until about 50 minutes until my appointment. The disregard for my time as a patient was extremely disappointing. I would like to be seen in a timely matter in future appointments, or be made aware of delayed appointments. During my visit my nurse mentioned that they "double booked" appointments during my day. I hope that isn't the protocol moving forward.
Dr Lescher is so kind and thoughtfully listens to questions and concerns. Her team is patient and works well with kids. I appreciate this clinic very much.

Dr. Lescher from day one knew about my newborn baby's issues and saw us the day after we were discharged from the hospital after he was born. She has been a huge supporter and encouraging me as a new mom and never makes me feel dumb. She is an amazing doctor and explains everything well and will include her own personal experiences. Dr. Lescher has reassured me that I'm doing great and all my worries are normal as a first time mother. From the PSR's at the front desk to the RN to Dr. Lescher is always a pleasant and enjoyable visit. We are very pleased with the care and all the staff!! 100% would recommend this office for pediatric patients.
