Dr. Lescher and nurse were great I have no complaints there. The receptionist was a bit short/rude.
She was friendly, warm, welcoming, thorough, and an active listener. My daughter felt comfortable and heard
Dr. Lescher and her staff are always so kind. She is always a source of incredible help and information for both of our children.
Dr. Lescher is truly remarkable. My husband and I always feel comfortable asking questions and getting answers about our children that make us confident to go through our parenthood journey.
This visit was not a good experience. Dr was 50 mins late to our appointment. Nobody kept me informed, but I'd hear them informing other patients. After waiting 35 mins I asked if another Dr could quick see her so we could be on our way and I was told that wasn't an option because he was booked. I shouldn't have had to wait an hour, nor should I have had to reschedule after I've been sitting there. My time is important too.
Dr. Lescher is knowledgeable and is a great listener. She doesn't rush you on your way, she takes her time with you.
As always, Dr. Lescher gave us so much needed information about how to care best for our infant. Her and her team always make us feel like our kids are the top priority, even if they are super busy. We moved away from the area and will continue to drive back to see Dr. Lescher for as long as our kids need a pediatrician. Thank you so much to Dr. Lescher and her awesome team!
The office does tend to run behind on appointments. That is the only thing that l am not a fan of especially since the policy is to arrive 15 minutes early and they reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late. It's also extremely hard to get in for an appointment (booking 2-3 months out most times)
I absolutely love seeing dr lescher. She is amazing with the kids and will answer any questions or concerns and make sure you don't have any more before you leave!
We really like Dr Lescher but this visit in particular I felt very rushed with my son's appointment. I had specifically moved this appointment up because I had such a hard time getting sick appointments with this doctor and I didn't even really get a chance to talk about my son's health concerns from all over winter. It was a very basic physical. I'm sure I will get charged for two visits but did not get to discuss everything that I wanted about my son's health concerns and actually felt kind of dismissed at the end of the appointment.
