The office visits are awesome, your phone system is awfully inadequate, cold, impersonal. You need to set up a system where one can reach a local clinic or hospital in a timely manner and then provide personal support to reach the correct department. Computers are ok only to move a person so far. The wait time can be minimized by training personnel to speak to the caller directly to answer their concerns

He was professional and was patient with both my husband and me. He took the extra time to check both of us since we had the same symptoms and treated both of us. Very kind and understanding. We had never seem him before and were impressed with him.

He listen carefully me and my problems I would see him again

The food at Oshkosh hospital was very tasty and delicious everybody was very nice to me
