Everyone is ALWAYS professional, very kind and patient and it's always a great experience starting with the receptionist, then going to the nurse, then the doctor. They all explain everything well, and make me feel comfortable. And it's easy to make another appointment. Overall, I give it a 10/10 for awesome patient care. Thank you.

Extremely efficient from checking in to overall appointment. Especially when I had blood drawn. Extremely efficent, curtious nurse.

It is impossible to contact my doctor by phone because of your terrible customer service automated system. It's just a huge run around of the same messages and after ten minutes you give up and hang up. Who ever gave up with this system should be fired.

The staff was very professional, easy to talk to and enjoyable to be with. I was disappointed however in the length of time I waited for the doctor to come into the examining room after I saw the nurse. I waited for 35 minutes before he came in. There was no explanation or apology for it. It would have been good if someone would have come back in and told me that it was going to take a while before the doctor got there. I was surprised at this delay since I was one of the first patients that the doctor saw in the morning.

I always been treated with ki dress, concern and respect when in appointment with Dr. P.

I already have my parents going to Dr P and my son and daughter-in-law and daughter going to Aurora also.
