I love Dr F. She hears and supports me.

Only complaint and it's not the provider. When using Live Well for this new complaint the app messaging only allowed making an urgent appointment when this really wasn't urgent. I wish the titles of the messages were different to allow messaging for more simple complaints that may be new. Instead I had to make an appointment for something that really didn't need it.

Great experience all around

Always a pleasant experience with Dr.F. Her and her clinical staff are very friendly and easy to talk to and always answer all my questions. I'm always very comfortable in what is usually an uncomfortable place.

It was not explained completely beforehand that two of my exams probably would not be covered by Medicare but she highly recommends them yearly anyways. Not sure about this...Why is this the first I'm being informed of having these two tests yearly at my age and yet they are not covered???
