Dr Four was running late because she was spending quality time with a prior patient. It allowed me to get a power nap in that I desperately needed, so no complaints from me.

My prenatal appointments are maybe five mins long. Feels like a waste of time. How come I am not give any resources about how to care for my body and baby through food, exercise, supplements, stretches, herbal teas etc? How to prepare for a natural birth? How to prevent a c-section? This like this are never spoken to me about and I shouldn't have to bring them up. Doctors should be guiding their patients through this incredible process.
The constant barrage of appointment confirmations and pre-check ins, just to have to go through the exact same questions at the start of each appointment (and there have been several lately) is immensely frustrating. I love the idea of pre-check to save time, but your process just duplicates efforts and a waste of my time.
