Very pleasant staff

Dr. Baird did a wonderful job of explaining things in an easy to understand way. I am In the medical field and my husband is not, so it was so nice that she made sure she was explaining it so he was understanding as well.

I had some wait time between my ultrasound and seeing the provider, but also needed labs done that day. It would have been more convenient for me to get my labs done during the wait time instead of after my doctor's appointment.

Overall, everything was fine. But the wait times between reception, the nurses, and the doctor were long. I also don't understand why the notes state that 'the patient refused to be accompanied into the office' when I went alone.

Dr Baird is very good at what she does. She is so easy to talk to about stuff that is really hard to say out loud.

Dr Rachael Baird is kind & makes sure that you understand what will be done during surgery & possibly after surgery.
