Dr baird is absolutely wonderful!. She is my new Gyn since my previous doctor retired.

Out of all the providers I've seen, Dr. Baird was the best. She took the time to hear my story and ask about symptoms first before sharing her thoughts. She was very friendly and I was comfortable during my whole appointment!
This was a rescheduled appointment due to the provider on call schedule changing. My appt was for 7:40AM with an arrival time of 7:20AM. Unfortunately I needed to get to work across town by 8AM but I had been seen really quickly at previous appt's where I was able to leave by 8:40AM and didn't think too much of it. I arrived at 7:25AM, checked in quickly and roomed. At 7:40AM, I hadn't seen the nurse or provider. I went to the PSR desk to ask if they could message the nurse/provider. When I got back to the room, the nurse was there and had explained that Dr Baird usual nurse was not in today so she was filling in and Dr Baird was on backup call so they questioned why I was rescheduled to that day. However nurse was very nice and quick. I saw Dr Baird quickly after that. However I chose to proceed with the RSV vaccine and didn't receive it until 8AM so I was 23 min late to my clinic day. Things happen. But wanted to mention. I was still very happy with the care I was provided and this is the first time in 3 years this has happened so it's not a regular occurrence.
I love how comfortable they make me feel.
Dr. Baird is great and very knowledgeable every time I see her. She always wants to know you and the issues you present. It makes me feel heard and seen. She makes you feel more than just a patient. I truly appreciate her care. Thank you!
