Takes the time I need, never makes me feel rushed. I feel like I matter, and she has my best health in mind. She cares. Explains so I can understand. Never seems annoyed if I repeat the same question.

We have a hard time to get her appointment in case of emergency. We can get regular appointment if we have taken at the last time we saw her which will be next follow up. They should hire more primary care physicians at Orland Park location. Doctor Purvi Patel service is excellent.
