Dr. Patel is very through with every visit. Unfortunately, she stays booked. However, using LiveWell is a great way to communicate. If Dr. Patel isn't available, you will get a call back within 24-48 hours.

Very caring and thorough. Worth the slight delay. Might want to schedule more time for each appointment knowing she goes the extra mile.

An appointment was scheduled for me because there were none available through the app for my doctor (at least nothing for months). I got to the office at 11 am, one person in the waiting area and didn't get into a room until 12:15 pm. It is unacceptable to wait an hour after arriving to get into the room. Especially when no one else is in front of me
