Dr P Shah also took great care of both my parents years ago. Great practitioner. Check in process and check out needs improvement. I was New Pt and ck in staff could not get me through your system and created my appt to be delayed. Waited 1-015 min to check out only to be told that I would be called to sched testing. Why can't this be done all at once?
