I am very satisfied with my doctor.

I received a very clear statement of my health situation. An excellent visit.

I arrived at 8:45am for my 9am appointment. I didn't get seen by the Dr. until close to 10am. I think that's an extended amount of time to wait to be seen. Understandably, the Dr. may have had to see someone in the hospital prior to my appointment, since he had his scrubs on.

Dr. Jens Aagaard, was wonderful! very informative. The nurse was also wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable.

Why do they want you to arrive 15 minutes early when you don't get in until 30 minutes or more after your appointment time

The parking was horrible. Arrived at 10:15 for an 11:00 appt and barely made it to appt on time. The lower garage by the hospital was totally full, spaces only available if some happened to leave in front of you. Ended up parking on the 6th floor across the street. Valet parking was backed up and blocking traffic flow. You need to find a better system.

Dr. Aagaard is always great at answering my many questions . He is a wonderful surgeon .
