Efficient and personable

All good.

I like Dr. Aagaard. He is the only dr I have that listens and takes time to explain things. Most are in and out in 15 min and you don't have the time to ask any questions I came in at noon for 12:30 appt. I had to wait awhile to see him but I understood that sometime the drs have to spend more with a patient.

This is not a complaint. Actually, it kind of amused med. The pre-checkin text and the "are you here yet" email both arrived 12 hours after my appointment. ¯_(?)_/¯

Staff and Dr. Aagaard were great. Only complaint was the wait.
