Dr Tong is as thorough as she can be in the amount of time given for a visit.

Has been a provider for me and other members of my family for many years.... Extremely satisfied!!!

Dr Tong is both empathic and knowledgeable

There was greater than 15minute delay before saw Dr Tong. I assumed correctly there was a patient or two before me with an issue taking longer than expected. It does happen with derm appointments. Especially with an annual skin exam. Because she will treat at same appointment. And has to wait, at times, for lesion to react sufficiently before releasing patient. These annual skin exams are ordered for 30mins. Even with her nurse typing as Dr Tong 'dictates' her way around my skin, events do come up. For FIRST time was necessary for me to check LiveWell for Note Summary after exam for post-exam instructions!! For medication instructions & other notes. These weren't conveyed to me after exam nor given handwritten note as in past. Not even said to me to check LiveWell for instructions. If I didn't have LiveWell app or hadn't seen After Visit Notes prior to this appt I'd be in the dark. Or couldn't call office because was after 5p when home from appt.! One other item to say about length of annual skin exam: LiveWell indicated the next year's exam as "Long" 30minute.

Face to face started 30 min after scheduled appointment time.

The saw me on an emergency basis and I was happy that she made the effort to see me so soon and didn't rush the exam.

Dr, Tong is the best. Low key, very professional and really knows her treatments., etc.
