My appointment was for 2:45. I got there at 2:30 and sat in waiting room until 3. I checked in again asking how late the doctor was running. They said 10 more minutes . I was not seen until 3:30. Too long waiting... I was almost late picking up child from school.
Dr. Peggy Tong is a great dermatologist but books appointments in 15 minute increments when a full body check takes about 30 minutes. There is always a wait time of about 30 minutes from appointment time to being seen.

Dr Tong and her nurse/assistant Heidi and knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Dr Tong took her time to determine what the best treatment would be, and she followed up with a phone call the next day. She is excellent?
