Love Dr. Tong! She is kind and very thorough. And the staff is all friendly.

Dr. Tong is checks all the boxes as a physician and then some. Aurora is lucky to have her on staff.

Dr. Tong and her staff are wonderful. I had some issues that my previous dermatologist did not see. They could have been very serious. Dr. Tong sees me twice a year but if I have a new problem, she always manages to see me within a few days. She is very careful and thorough when she does my body check. I have the utmost confidence in her.

Dr. Tong is great. However, the short allotments of time for face to face time result in delays which add up over time if patients need to have unplanned procedures or have several questions. I don't blame the doctor for the delays. I want my questions answered and procedures done when it's my turn, too. I do think that more time should be allotted for each patient appointment with some buffer time built in to prevent long delays in seeing patients on time. The last couple of times I was there, including this last time, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes.
