If it's later in the day I expect to have to wait awhile to see Dr. Tong. But that's OK. I know if I need extra time with her, she will give it to me too.
Given scheduling, clients have no idea how long visit will take or what needs to be rescheduled so everything runs late. I'm willing to wait - but give me my time on my turn too.

Dr. Tong is the best but one of the biggest issues I have is actually with Aurora and your processes. If a provider is running late, you should have the common courtesy of informing the patient that the doctor is running late. Doing that truly puts your patients first rather than focusing on the financial driven machine that health care has become. The walk in process already works that way - the checkin process will let you know if the doctors are running behind or ahead and regular text messages are sent out to the patient. This could be done for the regular appointments too. Please consider becoming patient centric rather than financially driven.
