Paula is absolutely fantastic. She has been my primary for 18 years and knows me and my medical history quite well. I trust her thoroughly.

I am looking for my after visit summary on live well. Its not there.

These days all medical professionals are short-staffed and very busy. But waiting a little longer to see Paula does not bother me. Even if Paula and her staff are busy, she never makes me feel rushed. She is a good listener and allows me to ask questions. She takes her time with me in a very caring yet efficient manner. She is very professional and knowledgeable.

Paula Carlton is a caring, compassionate provider who takes the time to your concerns and never makes you feel as if you are being rushed.

I'm a retired nurse so know about the body. I am in excellent health and Paula knows how I care for myself. I filled out a 4-page form. My less than good conditions were not reviewed or discussed. Not sure why the form was filled out. I was asked a question by the intake RN which was already answered on the form. This seems like a useless task.

Paula is always phenomenal!! She goes into extreme depth about any concerns I bring forward and lays out the options for treatment, prevention, and next steps. She makes sure I understand what she is talking about and asks me questions to get a full understanding of any symptoms or life changes I'm experiencing. I cannot say enough good things about Paula, she makes me feel so confident in my health journey. I am so thankful she is my PCP.
