It is a pleasure to see Paula Carlton for a visit. She is a good listener and I don't feel rushed. She explains things in ways I can understand. I also like that I can ask non urgent questions about my health through the LiveWell app. She is very prompt in answering.

I normally do not see Dr Carlton but she got m in and was very nice and understanding. She also called me the next day to see how I was doing.....very impressed with her.

Paula listens and easy talk too.

Waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment was unacceptable. I believe that a staff member should have, not only apologize for the wait, but offered me an alternate appointment. How did they know that I did not have another appointment or need to get back to work? They presumed that I just had all the time in the world to sit there.
