I think if the schedule optimization idea would have been practical, then providers would be able to spend more time with their pts, and appt times would run on time. Instead, the changes are affecting the providers, staff, and patients. How can you expect them to meet your requirements (less time with pts, see more pts, etc) and dump more preventative health topics that you expect them to cover in the office visit??? I would follow my providers if they left, but I am not loyal to the Enterprise. I also want to point out that everyone was very kind. Especially the attentive and compassionate PSR that noticed I was in distress in the waiting room. I don't remember her name, but she checked me in for my appt. She went above and beyond. Thank you for being so kind.
Paula Carlton, NP rearranged her schedule to fit me in on short notice. As usual she was kind, caring and helpful. She, and her team, are amazing!

Paula always listens and helps solve any problems. Your site makes it harder lately to get to where I can just write a note to a doctor's office. It always says I have to make an appointment for a medical question. It used to be easier.
This appt was for IV iron. When I showed up they were unable to give it to me because somehow the insurance approval was never done. The nurses or IV techs were wonderful to deal with, and very apologetic. It just was a bummer because I have a 40 min drive to get to your clinic. So it was a waste of gas and time. However, I am rescheduled.
Paula is just awesome! I have been seeing her for over 20 years. She's always positive, encouraging, and such a nice person! :)
