Paula always goes above and beyond to make sure my concerns and questions are addressed. Every time I leave my appointments I truly think about how lucky I am to have my primary care in her hands. She listens to all of my concerns so deeply and addresses them from so many angles giving me multiple options for the path I want to take to address my health. She is a true blessing.

Dr. Carlton is fully present during my appointment. She listens thoughtfully and carefully considers what I am sharing. She provides great information and answers all my questions. She is the best medical provider I have ever had.

I have been a patient of Paula Carlton since the late 90'S and could not imagine seeing another provider. She is very attentive and her professionalism is top notch. She is such a valuable asset.

Paula is very easy to talk to. Was feeling a little down when I went to see her but after talking to her my spirits were lifted.

My only complaint would be that I have used this same provider for probably 20 years and now I can never get an appointment even if its important. I feel that she should not have as many patients as she does so she can focus on the ones that have been with her long term. I feel that she knows me the best after that many years so I really don't want to see someone else just so I can get an appointment quicker.
