Dr. Carlton is amazing. If every provider showed empathy, compassion, & listening skills like her, there would be no dissatisfaction with the medical system. She is truly amazing. I'm very fortunate to be her patient. My dissatisfaction is with Aurora's system. I've given multiple reviews & it doesn't change anything. It is impossible to get a timely answer from providers because of phone tag trying to get a simple answer. I've chosen not to use LiveWell because of frequent problems & questions. I've given up trying. Most of the time it's easier to drive there in person & go to the provider's desk!!!
