Paula always listens and helps solve any problems. Your site makes it harder lately to get to where I can just write a note to a doctor's office. It always says I have to make an appointment for a medical question. It used to be easier.

This appt was for IV iron. When I showed up they were unable to give it to me because somehow the insurance approval was never done. The nurses or IV techs were wonderful to deal with, and very apologetic. It just was a bummer because I have a 40 min drive to get to your clinic. So it was a waste of gas and time. However, I am rescheduled.
