Paula has always talked with me honestly and has been very consistent in doing that. She explains things and she doesn't act like she has no time for me. She actually sits and talks with me and doesn't act like she's always thinking how much of a hurry she has to be in to see the next patient. She is very knowledgeable, kind and tries to be helpful in many ways.
