Dr. Chemello is a great doctor and explained things well!

Dr Chemello is excellent however I usually have to communicate thru the portal and then I get an acceptable appointment and call backs. The general phone system is not helpful to get an appointment or leave messages. I hate that we do not talk to the doctors office anymore. Centralized call center is the worst and very personable. They don't even pronounce Dr Chemello's name correctly. Sad. And I don't want to be told to go to an urgent care. I have a primary doctor that know me very well and that is who I should see when I am sick. What is the pint of having a primary care provider if you can't see them when you need them. Thank goodness for the portal and his nurses!!!

I liked that I actually got to see my doctor and not a PA. He knows me and my health history so I feel confident I'm getting the best care.

I was definitely disappointed b/c i was fasting and ready for my labs my be drawn for my yearly appt but NO lab tech was working that could draw my blood. So now i have to make another trip.

I've been a patient of Doctor Chemello for over 35 years. Wonderful Doctor & friend. He saved my life a year ago. Awesome Doctor.
