It would have been a perfect experience if the person at the front desk had scheduled me for my 6 month checkup with MY DOCTOR!!! She scheduled me with a doctor I did not know! I had to call in and get the error fixed. There also seemed to be a problem getting checked in with the gentleman at the front desk... he had a very difficult time accessing my information. ON ANOTHER NOTE... it is SO nice to have the plexiglass wall down between the patient and the front desk staff. I feel like I am actually interacting with real people again. Also... the young woman who escorted me to the exam room and took my information was excellent as well.
