Check in was terrible ! Arrived before my appointment time Stood in line for 20 minutes, only one check in for cardiology. Was called in to see the dr right away to sit for another 20 minutes. Not good. Then neede blood work and was told there at lunch and will be back In 20 minutes. Come on. The whole lab closed for lunch. People waiting to get blood work backed up 24 minutes
I think Dr Patel is a great Dr for not only his expertise in cardiology, but for the way I can carry a normal conversation with him person to person.He has a great bedside manner. I think he's the best there is .
The wait to see this doctor was exaggeratedly too long. Waited an hour only to see it for 5 minutes. There are symptoms that he has had for years that were new to him and he did not remember them.
Very concerned.
Dr.Patel is a very competent surgeon. I feel extremely fortunate to have him as my cardiologist.
