Very positive experience.

I was a first time visitor to this office. I waited in line at the check in counter on the 1st floor. When I got to the counter, the associate told me I had to go to the 2nd floor. Better signage would be helpful. On the 2nd floor, the signage at the counters for check in for OB/Gyn & Cardio were confusing.

Very nice facility, helpful staff, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable Doctor. It was my first visit and I need more to be done, but I left feeling things will be better moving forward. I felt a doable action plan is in motion which put me at ease.
