The follow up has been a little difficult as I was not given the correct contact information for required follow up referrals and then was not informed there would be a lengthy wait to get in for this "required" referral... When I tried to offer solutions rather then dealing with this required referral... I don't feel heard. Thank you.
At first it seemed a little scary not being put under. Due to the high sugar levels. But the doctor explained thoroughly the procedure and the nurse. It went through smoothly.
The interpreters don't always convey what you're saying, and sometimes they get upset. Many times, the call gets disconnected, and you have to start over with another person.
Dr. Sinno is great! Highly recommend.
