The assistant was wonderful and did most of the communication.

He had a student with him and he seemed very good at explaining things to her. (I was asked if it was ok to have the student there and I said yes.)

He's been incredibly thorough and thoughtful in managing my care, particularly for a rare condition I have. I trust his expertise and also feel comfortable asking questions.
