My "After Visit Summary" displayed incorrect information about my BMI, it lists that my BMI ìs 33.11 which meant that I am currently 201 lbs which was a lot more than i weighed yesterday, my actual weight is currently 192.1, and the date I was infected with Covid-19, also I didn't know what the "Problem List" section of the summary is about.

The doctor was very professional made me very relaxed. I would definitely recommend her.
