I spoke to 2 different employees @ the Dr's office & sent messages on the portal. I finally got a virtual appointment w my PCP & she prescribed antibiotics. She also mentioned I could've walked in. No one else had offered me that possibility
Asked "Is there anything else?" too often. I'm glad she asked, but it seemed very robotic. I guess the days of the "family doctor" are gone.
Appreciate the no fuss care from Dr. Oana Nisipeanu and the fact I can connect with her via LiveWell app for needs vs having to schedule day off for a 5 min conversation. Please continue to offer flexible office hours, evenings and weekends.
