He explained everything to me in detail and with kindness, even though we didn't speak the same language, we managed to understand each other perfectly. He is very professional since our last visit with him had been three months ago and he remembered even the smallest detail that was discussed on that occasion, which is very comforting because it tells me that he really knows and cares about the health and well-being of the patient.
Dr. Shah is not only very wise, he is not satisfied with my child having ANY discomfort. He involved and informs us so that we can make decisions as a team! His bedside manner is amazing...he and his team are very special!!
