Disappointed in some of the changes. We did not mind walking all the way to the front to register, but someone with capabilities this may cause difficulties. What I felt bad about is the personal touches that I feel are gone. To walk into a waiting room with no person there I feel I now became just a number. A comforting person letting me know I am in the correct area and everything will be ok, is now missing. That personal contact is gone. So sad.
Dr Patel explained all my test results and we discussed my treatment plan in detail. He listens to me and I feel very comfortable that he is giving me complete information. I enjoy our visits very much.
Dr. Patel is a doctor who cares about his patients. He is well informed of your history and is very caring and compassionate. I am happy I found him at my Oncologist.
Dr. Patel has been a pivotal member of my care team. He always greets me (and my husband) with a warm welcome. He reviews my medical history and asks pertinent questions related to my health and possible side effects I could be experiencing. I never leave the appointment with questions or concerns. We have come up with a long term plan of care, and it is something we both feel comfortable following. Dr. Patel's care has helped me over the past four years, and I look forward to his expertise and insight in the years ahead.
