This visit may have been a little easier in person over a phone call, as there were a few factors with my health going on at the same time but we were able to work through it, and make a plan for care.

Everyone I encountered today seemed extra friendly and smiley. I know it is close to Christmas but I still think all were being kind and considerate.

Aurora has the most competent, respectful, and kindest staff of anyplace in Wisconsin. I consider it a privilege to have all my medical doctors providing services through Aurora.

Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and approachable. I have received excellent care under his watch.

I can't say enough. He was having a very full day but took the time to address my oncology needs but also detected my level of emotional distress. He was calm and comforting. He was also reassuring and optimistic. I look forward to to our b visits
