They change my appointment without telling me! The receptionist was very nice! Trying to find out what happened. I registered the week before with the correct time and date. And then they changed it on me without telling me. I stayed there for over an hour. And the doctor came out and talked to me finally
Doctor Patel made me feel at ease and explained my labs and my CT scan. He showed me my CT scan on the computer and explained what was going on with my lung. He is a good Oncologist.
I happened to be a little late cause of the parking lot issue. They were able to still see me.Very happy,will allow extra time to park .

Always a positive experience at Baycare Aurora Oncology. Please bring back Oncology Drug Renewal with a nurse to speak with directly when there is a prescription issue. It was a great service to the patients. Lastly, I would like to give credit to the clerks that check patients in and out for setting a positive atmosphere for the oncology patient appointment.
Dr Patel is a great listener. He solicits my input on and welcomes my questions on my medical issues. He is patient and thorough in explaining my lab work. I feel we have a great doctor, patient relationship.
