Dr Shah and his staff are very friendly and professional.

Dr. Shah is so easy to talk to and listens carefully as you are describing something to him. I have a complicated GI history and he listened and then asked the extra questions needed. He gave me ample time to describe my medical history as a new patient, answered each question that I had and encouraged me to call or message him if anything comes up. He is professional, personable and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a family practioner. All the office staff are also very friendly, personable and helpful.

Dr Shah gave me treatment options re: future care, but there was miscommunication re: follow up. The Lab was to to do prescribed labs, but they could not do them, because they did receive orders for them from the Dr. I went to the Clinic Lab with full intention of compliance re: the orders that Dr. told me to get done ASAP. I very frustrated when I was refused. The only orders they had was for several months in the future. Needless to say, there was an obundance time wasted by all.
