We love Dr. Phelps. She takes her time in each visit to listen to concerns, listen to the patient, and she takes her time answering questions and explaining things. She is knowledgeable and I always value and trust her advice.
I, myself, am ill and am not able to remember everything. The good thing is they gave me the after visit summary, which is appreciated.

My daughter was very nervous and she was so kind and patient with her! I was very impressed with how well she interacted with my daughter!
Didn't feel like she took much time to get to know my son and understand his needs. Wasn't really reassuring or show that much understanding of him specifically when providing advice or information. Seemed really by the book smart, but I felt like advice was very generic and just repetition to her instead of being specific to patient and his needs based on background and current progress. I'm not sure at this point if we'd come back or look for another provider further away. Was overall pretty disappointed in the appointment and interaction.
