Dr. Phelps was wonderful and responded well to all the info we gave her. She was a good listener and gave us the next very next step for my sons health situation. Also gave my son some good information about his diet.

Great experience

I don't have nothing bad experience every time we come here. The nurses are nice, Frontdest people are nice too. Place is clean.hope just to be continued like that.

Dr. Phelps always puts our mind at ease. Explains everything very well. So glad she is our pediatrician!!!!

The receptionist at the front desk was rude. Acted like I was an inconvenience to her when I tried to book another appointment. African American women with short hair.

Customer Service at checkin was horrible. The women was not friendly. After our appointment I went to schedule a follow up and there were 2 ladies at the check in with no one around. The one was playing on her phone and she put it down and told me I would need to call to schedule a follow up because they were short staffed and didn't want anyone checking in to have to wait. As she said this I looked around and 1 man was turning the corner to get in the line. That's so rude to your clients. I was beyond irritated and of course Forgot when I got home to call. Do better!!!! Why should I have to call when I am there?

Dr.Phelps is very patient and makes my daughter feel very comfy during each visit.
