The Dr was very helpful and gave me so much information, would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Phelps was fantastic with my daughter!

She seemed very knowledgeable and provided good education to us on the child's acute illness. I wish she didn't have to wear an n95 and a face shield because we could not understand her and my baby was afraid of her, but I guess I don't understand why no one else had to wear the ppe if she did. Seems a little over the top that she did, but overall we got the diagnosis and treatment which was the main point of the visit.

I had an overall great experience from setting up the appointment to when I arrive. The front desk receptionist was amazing and the primary care doctor and nurse were also amazing. I will definitely recommend Advocate Health care to my family and friends.

I love this office. Timely appointment right on my chart always had availability this office had been a life saver for me and my kids whose last provider fell short after CoVid. So I am so glad we found a great place.
