On line my Lab results showed a kidney problem that his notes said he would explain at my visit. It was not brought up and I had to remind him of a sleep study. He smiled a lot but had no clue about my medical history. I like him but was disappointed.
All the nurses, lab technicians and doctor are all very nice!!
